A classic favorite!
8 oz. cheddar cheese, grated
4 oz. white cheddar cheese, grated
2 oz. jar pimento, drained and chopped
½ small white onion, diced
3 oz. cream cheese
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp sea salt
1 tsp fresh ground pepper
2 tsp horseradish
½ tsp cayenne pepper
2 tsp Texas Pete hot sauce (may be adjusted for heat)
Juice from 1 lemon
¾ cup mayonnaise (may use light but do not use fat free)
Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Chill and serve. Great with celery, protein chips or toast rusks!
