  • Template everything: Use consistent templates for consult notes, follow-up emails, and payment plans to ensure every patient has a “wow” experience.
  • Assign lead monitoring: Don’t leave this to chance. Cross-train team members if you’re a smaller practice, but make sure someone owns this responsibility.
